Crisis
management Often companies and organisations are judged not on the good work that they do, but how they deal with things when they go wrong. Crisis management covers any situation where an organisation could face negative feedback in the public arena, often in situations where the press can get involved looking for comment or interviews. Footprint’s team are trained to deal with crises of all proportions, from controversial plans to larger-scale issues where there may be legal implications to any comments. We can either prepare a pro-active action plan and crisis management strategy, or prepare reactive statements, acting as the first – one often only – point of call for journalists requiring further information, statements or comment.

Photography In-house Where a news release would be improved by good photography, members of the Footprint team often head out with their professional digital camera to capture images that complement the story, whether it be monks in Santa hats, Kim-and-Aggie style clean-ups, children and animals or simply stunning shots capturing a particular moment in time. Commissioned Where the work requires a particular expertise – for example, studio shots or work further afield, Footprint works with a network of professional photographers to capture just the right image.
