Case study - English Heritage PR English Heritage turned to Footprint for PR support for its events programme, as well as creative ideas to encourage visitors to its sites in Yorkshire and the West Midlands. The results speak for themselves – regular listings in all key titles, more in-depth features and photo-led stories, and interviews on radio and TV stations throughout the two regions. Working closely with site staff, Footprint has also generated significant amounts of publicity for a series of ‘soft’ news stories, from rescued ducklings and ghost hunts to actually creating a whole new sport – Flat Cap Frisbee Golf – for Helmsley Castle for Yorkshire Day 2005, which achieved national as well as local coverage.
