Case study - Customer database analysis After 12 months of rapid expansion throughout the UK, it was time for Academy Spa to take stock and look to the future growth of the business. Footprint was asked to undertake an analysis of their customer database to identify purchase and usage patterns, by product sector and time periods, and from that build a number of basic customer profiles. The information was like that of a Mintel Report, and gave Academy Spa the kind of facts and figures that they had never had before and that weren’t available from anywhere else. For the first time they had the concrete evidence to dispel some myths, celebrate others and, most importantly, build a marketing communications plan to develop the business. |
